Ann and Tony Jukes secured the overall championship at South of England under judge James Arnold with Swallowhill Bluebell. Born May 2011, she is by Hillcrest Champion and is out of Raceview Vita Kim, a female who was purchased privately from Peter and Marion O’Connell’s successful Raceview herd. Bluebell was shown with her January-born heifer calf, Swallowhill Faith, who is by Celtic Rock and she’s in calf to him again.

Taking reserve spot after winning the junior cow or heifer class was Heathbrow Caramel.  She is a Dirnanean Welcome daughter out of the home bred Heathbrow Niagra sired Heathbrow Valentine. Her January born heifer calf by Celtic Comet was shown at foot.

Standing male champion for Rhys Grenham and the Broad Reed Farm Partnership was their joint owned stock bull Skerrington Vanguard. This July 2007-born Corskie Proton son is out of the Dovefields Gallant daughter Skerrington Sunrise 16th. He has had a successful start to the summer winning interbreed male champion at Heathfield Show.

Meanwhile, the junior champion honours and reserve male champion was Williams Eddie from Hayley and Andrew Clarke. Sired by Clonagh Tiger Gallant he is out of a Tristar daughter, Williams Lorette Auror.
